Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA is hiring a Receiver to manage receipt and delivery of goods, document transactions, and enter data into electronic systems. The role is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid break, and involves significant physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Erickson Senior Living's expanding

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent customer service skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Accurate data entry and documentation handling.
• Current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receipt of equipment, supplies, and parts for the community.
• Deliver goods to departments and inventory locations.
• Manage documentation for proof of receipt (electronic and manual).
• Transmit paperwork to accounts payable and enter receipts into systems.
• Complete backorder processes and assist with returns.
• Notify customers of discrepancies in received goods.
• Assist the Supply & Distribution Coordinator and cross-train.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
