Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Ashburn, VA is seeking part-time Servers / Food Runners to deliver meals to residents and guests with friendly, attentive service. You will input orders into the POS, coordinate with kitchen and dining teams, and help maintain a warm dining experience.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with typical shifts 4:15 pm–8:00 pm. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision for eligible colleagues, a 401(k) with company match, and on-site

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience preferred; training provided.
• Friendly and energetic communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Weekend and holidays availability required.

Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring part time Servers /Food Runners for our restaurants in Ashburn, Virginia. Our senior living community takes the time to really get to know each other, and we strive to create engaging and memorable experiences. Come join our team and have fun! As a Server, you are responsible for serving residents and guests meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The server records and inputs beverage and food orders into the POS system, delivers and serves food, and ensures exceptional guest service. This position requires the ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency. Assignments include Serving, Busser, Runner, Meal Plater, Catering and Utility in our Dogwood Pub.
