Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Lift 25 pounds or more as needed for the role.
• 3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Valid driver license with insurability per company guidelines.
• Complete forklift training and obtain certification within 90 days; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify all shipments; match counts to packing slips and record in system.
• Process and store incoming stock within 24 hours; barcode and locate correctly.
• Assign locations and update the system for new parts; label and organize.
• Check in inter-branch shipments; generate picking lists and stage parts.
• Pull customer orders for will call, shipment, or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse; follow safety policies.
• Manage will-call bins and paperwork; process vendor returns weekly.
• Dispatch drivers and provide driving directions as needed.
• Process customer returns and ensure resale condition of parts.
• File freight claims for shortages/damages within 24 hours.
• Serve as backup Parts Driver when required.
• Pull, package, and ship vendor returns.
