MITER Brands in Nokomis, FL seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 5:00pm–1:30am). You will supervise a production line, enforce safety and quality standards, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing leadership, a Lean mindset, and proficiency with MS Office. This role offers overtime potential and comprehensive benefits through MITER Brands.
Pay Range: $69,000 - $86,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications

Shift/Work Schedule: This position will be supervising the 2nd shift that runs Monday through Friday from 5:00pm - 1:30am. Flexibility to work overtime & Saturday as needed to meet the needs of the business is required.
