Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business or related field.
• 5–7 years in collections, billing operations, or related financial services role.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations: set priorities, coach KPIs, resolve escalations, coordinate with partners and vendors.
• Manage and develop the team: set objectives, conduct reviews, coach and grow talent.
• Drive financial performance: improve recovery rates, reduce charge-offs, and control expenses.
• Advance strategic projects: billing modernization, platform migrations, integrations.
