JPMorganChase Commercial Bank Payments is seeking a Client Solution Specialist to partner with Treasury Management Sales, lead discovery, shape receivables solution strategy, and build pitches for government clients from pursuit through close.

You will translate needs into compelling proposals, develop pursuit strategies, and upskill sales teams on product capabilities while aligning with cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, Legal, Risk, and Implementation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise solutions consulting, sales engineering, implementation consulting, or quota-carrying sales supporting Payments.
• Ability to translate client needs into wins through solution-based selling with clear benefits.
• Strong presentation skills; comfortable in discovery, solution mapping, negotiation, and cross-functional communication.
• Payments domain knowledge; oriented to outcomes rather than product build.
• Excellent writing and communication; able to craft executive-ready pitches and ROI analyses.
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment across Sales, Product, Legal, Risk, and Implementation.

Responsabilités

• Drive deals with TMO Sales: lead discovery, design client-specific Receivables solutions, build business cases, and support negotiations through close
• Position JPMorganChase solutions vs. competitors: articulate differentiation, address objections, and tailor positioning with Sales.
• Translate needs into proposals: produce narratives, demos, and contribute to RFPs with crisp, outcome-focused responses.
• Co-develop pursuit strategies, prioritize opportunities, and help coverage teams create and advance qualified pipeline.
• Enable execution: upskill sales teams on product capabilities; ensure implementation handoffs are clear and client-ready.
• Synthesize market and client feedback to inform product roadmaps—keeping the focus on commercial outcomes
• Leverage CRM to track deal progress and manage pipeline
