Job summary

First National Bank is seeking a Receivables Product Lead to strategically manage a portfolio including Lockbox, RDC, Integrated Receivables, and related treasury solutions. You will act as product owner, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Technology, Risk and Finance to drive growth, profitability, and client value.

The role requires deep knowledge of commercial banking, full product lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required (BA/BS).
• Experience in general banking and treasury management.
• Knowledge of commercial banking, treasury management, and merchant services or commercial card.
• Experience managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned product roadmap to drive profitability and client value.
• Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Ops, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Sales to ensure delivery of receivables capabilities.
• Evaluate new technologies, fintech partnerships, and market innovations.
• Define product requirements and partner with technology teams for enhancements.
• Monitor KPIs on revenue growth, adoption, client satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Partner with Treasury Sales Officers and Relationship Managers to identify opportunities.
