Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation seeks a Receivables Product Lead to own the strategy and profitability of the bank's receivables portfolio, including Lockbox, RDC, Integrated Receivables, and reconciliation services.

You will partner across Sales, Ops, Tech, Risk, Finance, Compliance and Client Experience to drive revenue growth and efficiency. The role requires deep knowledge of commercial banking and treasury management, with full product lifecycle experience and go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in general banking and knowledge of commercial banking and Treasury Management, Merchant Services or Commercial Card.
• Experience in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and manages assigned product(s) to ensure profitability, marketability and highest quality.
• Sets strategies and goals for assigned product(s).
• Owns the Project Approval process for acquisitions/builds of new products/functionality.
• Coaches assigned Product Manager(s) to ensure best practices and shared learning.
• Monitors product profitability and recommends actions for improvement as necessary.
• Supports sales staff in selling assigned product(s) and develops solutions for complex client situations.
