Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Treasury Management to lead the receivables product portfolio, including Lockbox, RDC, integrated receivables and reconciliation. You will own the product roadmap, partner with Sales, Technology, Risk and Finance, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of commercial banking and treasury management, with experience managing full product lifecycles, pricing, risk management, and go-to-market

Qualifications

• Experience in general banking.
• Knowledge of commercial banking and Treasury Management, Merchant Services or Commercial Card.
• Experience in vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and manages assigned product(s) to ensure profitability, marketability and highest quality.
• Sets strategies and goals for assigned product(s).
• Assists with prioritization of projects/resources. Owns the Project Approval process for acquisitions.
• Coaches Product Manager(s) to ensure best practices and supports professional development.
• Evaluates existing products to ensure competitiveness and identify enhancements.
