Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory or lead experience.
• 1–3 years knowledge of internal controls and financial compliance.
• 1–3 years strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student and third‑party billing statements and receivables.
• Oversee daily receivables transactions in Oracle Financials Cloud.
• Coordinate month‑end billing and reconciliation to the General Ledger.
• Monitor aging and support collection activities per campus policy.
• Maintain billing configurations and ensure policy compliance.
• Review transactions for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain SOPs and support audits with documentation.
