Qualifications

• Experience with complex multi-tier application design and hands-on implementation.
• Strong communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage technical staff and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated high-quality customer service and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic design, execution, and governance for campus financial systems.
• Lead delivery and development of Oracle Financial Cloud, Jaggaer, and Concur.
• Set strategic direction with stakeholders; manage SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate testing, change management, and vendor oversight.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to plan long-term system roadmap.

Education
