Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with human resources policies and documentation.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Leadership experience to coach staff and manage performance.
• Knowledge of medical billing terminology, billing and collections procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily functions and operations of the designated billing units.
• Monitor billing/collections flow and address issues to meet deadlines and goals.
• Troubleshoot daily correspondence issues and provide resolutions.
• Create, track and maintain productivity logs for the unit.
