Job summary

The role partners with multiple college departments, supports audits, and drives process improvements using Ellucian Banner SAAS and related systems to enhance operations and student experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum of three years AR experience in a college or large organization.
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Accounts Receivable operations and staff.
• Maintain receivables, assist with audits, and ensure accurate student accounts.
• Collaborate with departments and use systems integrations to optimize processes.
• Prepare financial data and respond to inquiries with attention to detail.
