Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Rebate Reconciliation Analyst in the United States to manage rebate reconciliation, payment analysis, disputes, and reserve analysis. You will work with internal teams and external manufacturers to ensure accurate payment applications and timely resolution of variances.

The role emphasizes data manipulation, analytical problem solving, and clear communication with stakeholders across finance, trade relations, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ months financial or analytical experience.
• 6+ months experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and comprehend all contract terms applicable to the Reconciliation function.
• Track and apply payments due from pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Identify any late payments and request late fee billing as required by contract.
• Manipulate and analyze payment data from pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Reconcile payment data with invoiced amounts to identify disputed items.
• Analyze and research variances and disputed items and determine acceptance or rejection.
• Communicate with pharmaceutical manufacturers regarding variances and disputes.
• Update internal dispute tracking data file monthly.
• Perform analysis of required reserves on a monthly basis.
• Investigate and respond to questions regarding the status of open balances.
• Ability to handle basic to intermediate data manipulation and analysis.
