Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Trade Relations Team in Irving, Texas. You will support the negotiation and finalization of CVS Caremark’s rebate agreements, drafting and redlining contract documents, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in contracting with expert redlining and Excel skills, and a strong understanding of the pharmacy benefit management space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracting experience.
• 3+ years of contract redlining and comparison experience, expert level.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate, red-line, and prepare contract documents for signature.
• Track document status and prioritize documents across multiple relationships.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in the Contract Review and Approval Process SOP.
• Ensure contracts reflect CVS Caremark’s current business strategies and regulatory requirements.
