Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Member Payments Analyst to support accurate processing of member payment activity across PBM Financial Operations. You will research, reconcile, document, and resolve payments tied to member reimbursements, recoups, check voids, reissues, and daily balancing, while collaborating with Operations, Technology, Finance, Member Services, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting operations role.
• Advanced Excel experience handling large data sets, formulas, pivot tables, and report formatting.
• Experience with SAP or similar financial systems; Salesforce, Compass, or other case/task management tools.
• Healthcare/PBM, finance operations, member reimbursement, claims, or payment processing experience preferred.
• Understanding of audit controls, documentation standards, SOX, HIPAA, PII/PHI, and financial operations compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Research, reconcile, document, and resolve member payment activity including reimbursements, recoupments, check voids and reissues.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports showing payment trends, reconciliation results, and business performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance, Member Services, and Product teams to support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Support MIS system enhancements, testing, and issue resolution with cross-functional stakeholders.
