Job summary

Wholesale Electric Supply Co Of Hou is seeking a Rebate Analyst to perform in-depth data mining and analysis of supplier SPA reconciliations. You will work with external suppliers and the internal supply chain team to evaluate payback and establish go-forward processes.

The role leads special projects on complex suppliers and rebates. The position requires strong Excel and SQL skills, pricing/purchasing/finance analytics experience, and the ability to coordinate across purchasing, data services,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years pricing, purchasing or finance analytics experience.
• 2–3 years manipulating data files.
• 2–3 years loading data files into data management systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage claim resolution process for assigned supplier lines.
• Maintain claim dollars where justified.
• Serve as liaison between purchasing, data services, supplier relations and suppliers for claim resolution.
• Be the point of contact for rebate application used to collect data and research findings.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist with bringing other vendors into centralized support for claim reconciliation.
• Run more complex SQL queries to aid in research.
• Participate in weekly supplier calls to ensure alignment.
