Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Rear Load Driver Non-CDL to service customers with trash and recycling collections along assigned routes. You will operate trucks safely, interact with customers professionally, and maintain accurate logs.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand a map for routing.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers and coworkers.
• Excellent truck driving and maneuvering skills.
• Ability to drive while pulling a trailer and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide trash or recycling removal services to customers in a safe, compliant way.
• Enter/exit the truck 300-600 times per day depending on route.
• Pull or push containers from enclosures or buildings as needed.
• Replace receptacles neatly at curb or designated area.
• Clean up spills and maintain equipment and truck cleanliness.
• Maintain route and driver logs; complete pre/post trip inspections.
• Interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
