Rumpke is seeking a Rear Load Driver (Non-CDL) in Mount Sterling, KY. You will service customers by collecting trash or recycling, navigate routes, and maintain truck cleanliness while providing professional customer service.

Qualified applicants typically have 1–2 years of truck driving experience, the ability to read maps, and a valid DOT medical card. This role requires working nights and weekends with occasional overtime, and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years commercial truck or delivery truck driving experience preferred.
• Waste industry experience preferred.
• Must have a valid DOT Medical Card or able to obtain prior to hire.
• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years.

Responsabilités

• Provide trash or recycling removal services to customers in a safe and compliant way.
• Routinely enter/exit the truck approximately 300-600 times per day.
• Pull or push containers from enclosures or inside buildings as needed.
• Replace trash/recycling receptacles neatly at the curb or designated area.
• Clean up waste spills and overflows.
• Maintain and update route & driver log sheets.
• Conduct pre-trip/post trip inspections and complete logs.
• Professionally interact with internal and external customers.
