Job summary

Assurant, Inc. is seeking a Repair Operations Manager to lead device processing operations at our Mt Juliet, TN facility. You will supervise supervisors and production staff, drive performance against quality, throughput, and SLA targets, and implement systems to track KPIs.

You will oversee continuous improvement initiatives, mentor teams, and ensure a safe and efficient production environment. This onsite role emphasizes Lean methodologies and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, assembly, reverse logistics, or related operational environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading supervisors and managing frontline operations teams.
• Proven experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Job description

The Repair Operations Manager leads device processing operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is accountable for production performance, quality standards, workforce development, and operational efficiency. You’ll oversee supervisors and technical teams to ensure production goals and customer SLAs are consistently met.

This is an onsite role in our Mt Juliet TN facility.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

What are the requirements needed for this position?

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience in wireless device repair, electronics manufacturing, OEM operations, or mobile device processing
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, R2, or similar quality certifications
• Familiarity with repair technologies, barcode scanning systems, and production tracking tools
• 10+ years of operations or production leadership experience
