Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, assembly, reverse logistics, or related operational environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading supervisors and managing frontline operations teams.
• Proven experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing an hourly workforce in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results in a dynamic environment.

The Repair Operations Manager leads device processing operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is accountable for production performance, quality standards, workforce development, and operational efficiency. You’ll oversee supervisors and technical teams to ensure production goals and customer SLAs are consistently met. This is an onsite role in our Mt Juliet TN facility.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Experience in wireless device repair, electronics manufacturing, OEM operations, or mobile device processing
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, R2, or similar quality certifications
• Familiarity with repair technologies, barcode scanning systems, and production tracking tools
• 10+ years of operations or production leadership experience

Pay Range: $74,600.00 - $124,700.00 Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
