Pueblo of Pojoaque Enterprise Corporations seeks an experienced Realty Manager to oversee real estate assets including apartments, storage units and mobile home properties at the Realty Office. You will coordinate leasing, maintenance and financial processes to ensure timely rent collection and accurate records.

Reporting to the Director of Realty or COO, you will supervise an administrative assistant and maintenance manager, prepare schedules and reports, and ensure compliance with policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or verifiable work experience.
• Real estate license preferred but not required.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate and property management principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage apartments, mobile home spaces and storage units including leasing and billing.
• Direct maintenance of Pueblo properties and related bookkeeping.
• Supervise an administrative assistant and maintenance manager.
• Prepare work schedules, timecards, interviews and onboarding.
• Negotiate noncommercial lease agreements and ensure timely rent payments.
