You will own daily operations, coordinate vendors, oversee onsite staff, assist with leasing and retention, and maintain records, reporting, and administrative tasks while collaborating with the Regional Manager to ensure smooth performance.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Manager experience required.
• Tax Credit (LIHTC) knowledge preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, resourceful, and takes initiative.
• Comfortable handling multiple aspects of property operations.
• Positive, professional approach to working with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a community with fewer than 60 units.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and address their needs and concerns.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and maintenance activities.
• Support and oversee onsite staff as needed.
• Assist with leasing, resident retention, and overall property performance.
• Maintain property records, reports, and administrative responsibilities.
• Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure smooth operations.
