Job summary

Walmart seeks a Realty Project Coach to join its Realty Execution team in the United States. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, high-quality results across locations.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track. The role requires travel to project sites nationwide, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of related experience OR 3 years of related experience.
• Attends and completes required trainings and assessments for role.
• Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles from home and work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members and provide development opportunities.
• Collaborate with store leadership to minimize impact on store operations.
