Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach within its Realty Execution team in the United States. You will lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.

Expect overnight shifts, frequent travel, and base at a home store with travel across states to support projects. You will supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep initiatives on track while developing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans to stakeholders.
• Minimize impact on store operations while coordinating with leaders, suppliers, and associates.
• Develop associates through supervision, mentoring, and recognizing performance.
