Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and meeting quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on track. Frequent travel nationwide is required, with an emphasis on collaborative problem-solving and tangible

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year of PM, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Or 3 years of experience in PM, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred, with cross-functional leadership experience and PM certification.
