Job summary

Walmart Inc. seeks a Realty Project Coach to own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Occasional travel across the US is required, including overnight stays. Primarily overnight shifts with frequent travel; you will be based at a home store and support projects in surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 1 year of related PM/space/store design experience.
• Alternatively, 3 years of PM/space/store design/operations/data analysis experience.
• All associates hired after Jan 2021 must complete required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores; communicate plans and changes to key stakeholders.
• Provide supervision, development, mentoring, and recognition for associates.
