Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You’ll supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership to stay on track, with frequent travel across the US. The role offers overnight shifts, a strong culture of internal promotion, and a compensation range of $60,000–$110,000 plus performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Or 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Influence your team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects, encouraging collaboration among associates.
• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores, communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Develop Associates by supervising, mentoring, recognizing performance, and identifying career paths.
• Travel across the US to support projects, with overnight stays; mileage reimbursed.
