Job summary

Walmart US Realty Execution is hiring a Realty Project Coach to own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects nationwide. You will supervise hourly team members and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on time and within budget.

This role requires overnight shifts, frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, and reimbursement for mileage and overnight stays. The annual salary range is $60,000-$110,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
• OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area
• Master’s degree in Business or related field; 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams; Project Management – Management Professional Certification

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track
• Partner with store team leads to ensure projects are on time and within budget
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home; mileage reimbursed; overnight stays paid for RPC roles
