Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special initiatives across the US. You’ll own projects, ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards, partnering with store teams to supervise hourly associates and manage escalations.

This role requires overnight shifts and frequent travel up to 1000 miles. You’ll work with store leadership to keep projects aligned with business goals and to develop team members for future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of PM/space/store design experience.
• Or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders; minimize impact on store operations.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
