Walmart Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.

This role requires overnight shifts with travel up to 1,000 miles from home, and frequent coordination with stakeholders to meet time, budget, and quality goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 1 year of PM/space management/store design/operations/data analysis or 3 years of related experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
