Job summary

Walmart USA Realty Execution team is seeking a Realty Project Coach to deliver store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will own project plans, budgets, and timelines while working with store leaders to keep operations on track.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, handling escalations, and traveling to project sites as needed. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality results and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores and clubs across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and coordinate with store leadership.
• Travel frequently to project sites and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet on-time, on-budget, and quality standards.
