Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and top quality standards while coordinating with store leadership.

You’ll supervise hourly team members, address escalations, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects on track. Frequent travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or 3 years in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Travel to projects across the US as required.
