Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. The role requires frequent travel, overnight shifts, and a home store base with travel to surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
