Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will own project execution, partner with store leads, supervise hourly associates, and manage escalations to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own project execution in assigned stores and projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Travel frequently to project sites and manage timelines, budgets, and quality.
