Job summary

Walmart Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain on-time, on-budget delivery.

Overnight shifts, extensive travel up to 1000 miles, and home-store basing with project travel are expected. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $110,000 with generous benefits, bonuses, and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own execution of store remodels, new stores, and special projects.
• Supervise hourly team members and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the US.
