Walmart US is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own remodels, new store and club projects, and special assignments across the United States, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, collaborate with store leadership, and travel as needed to project sites. This role offers growth within Walmart's internal career paths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).

Responsabilités

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders. Understand plans and minimize impact on store operations.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home and stay away for extended periods as needed to support projects.
