Walmart Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to oversee store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will partner with store leaders to supervise hourly teams, address escalations, and keep projects on track while traveling as needed.

The role involves overnight shifts, up to 1000 miles of travel, and delivering projects on time and within budget. A bachelor's in business or related field is required; Master’s preferred with leadership experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or 3 years in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field preferred with 1 year leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMI) is a plus.
• Experience with leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores, clubs and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home; stay away for extended periods as project workload requires.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
