Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and special projects across the United States. You will supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and work with store leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.

You will travel frequently, up to long distances, and will develop associates through coaching and mentorship. The role offers strong growth potential within Walmart's Realty Execution team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or 3 years in the same areas.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business or related field; PMP or similar certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores; communicate plans, changes and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to minimize impact on operations.
• Travel across the US to support remodels, new stores, and special projects; develop associates.
