Job summary

Job description

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your responsibility is to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet top‑notch quality standards.

What You'll Do

You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. This role requires travel across the US.

Shift

Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.

Travel

Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home; expect to be away 80% of the time or for 17‑21 days at a time. Mileage reimbursed and overnight stays paid.

Salary

Annual range $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Stock may be offered.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, OR 3 years of such experience.
  • Will attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
