Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the United States, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

You will travel up to 80% of the time (up to 1,000 miles) and supervise hourly team members, while developing associates and coordinating with store leadership to minimize operational impact. Overnight shifts are common.

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart US and take ownership of delivering store and club remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the United States. Your responsibility is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards.

What you’ll do

• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel frequently across the US (up to 1,000 miles) and spend up to 80% of your time away from home for project work.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, mentoring and coaching them to reach their career goals.

Shift

Primarily working overnight; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.

Travel

Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home; expect to be away 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time. Mileage is reimbursed and overnight stays are paid for RPC roles.

Salary

$60,000 – $110,000 per year, plus performance‑based bonuses and potential stock participation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in those areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or related field.
• 1+ years leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
