Job summary

The Rachel Adams Lee Group with Keller Williams Realty in Roseville, CA is seeking motivated individuals to join as Showing Agents. You will work with a sales agent to match buyers with suitable homes, write and negotiate offers, and actively generate leads.

Expect a data-entry workflow and regular coaching in a highly collaborative team environment. Candidates should hold a real estate license, be personable, reliable, and coachable, with a willingness to drive and engage with clients

Responsibilities

• Graduate from our New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to help buyers find the perfect home
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching Session, Training and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

We have a super-dialed 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent closes (or pends) 3.4 transactions during this time.

Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? :) Be a student of the game and master the back-end of the industry while you earn money as a Showing Agent.

We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication & when the agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win!

Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!

We have an amazing data entry system for you to track all your calls/appointments.
