The New York Post is seeking a sharp, reality TV–obsessed social content & community manager to join its fast-paced team, with a dedicated focus on its growing reality TV vertical, Virtual Reali-Tea. This role is for someone who doesn’t just watch reality TV, they live it!

You know the casts, the feuds, the timelines, and the fan theories as they unfold in real time. If your group chats rely on you for every reality TV update, then this is your role.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of reality TV across networks and platforms.
• Chronically online with a pulse on current trends.
• Strong multimedia storytelling and quick turnarounds.
• Ability to craft shareable content and scripts in the VRT voice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with social and editorial teams to ideate platform content.
• Produce timely content across social platforms for maximum reach.
• Monitor platforms for trends and rapidly turn breaking moments into explainers.
• Engage with the reality TV community by responding to comments.
• Appear on camera when needed to deliver reactions.
• Work with hosts to translate interviews into multi-media formats.
• Write trending articles and video scripts in the VRT voice.
