Collaborate with editorial and video teams to turn interviews into clips, memes and explainers; engage with the audience, respond to comments, and help grow the channel while reporting on premieres and red-carpet moments.

Qualifications

• Chronically online with a pulse on what's trending.
• Multimedia storyteller who can match VRT’s voice and create viral content.
• Strong sense for shareability and hooks.
• Fast, accurate copy and script turnaround under tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker who spots headlines and trends.
• Collaborative across editorial, SEO, video and social teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Virtual Reali-Tea social and editorial teams to ideate and execute platform-specific content that drives engagement.
• Pitch, conceptualize and produce timely content for maximum reach across social platforms.
• Monitor social media platforms to identify trending conversations and emerging storylines and turn breaking moments into social explainers.
• Help build the Virtual Reali-Tea voice and brand across social platforms and engage with the community.
• Work with hosts to identify compelling angles from interviews and turn them into multimedia formats for coverage.
• Prepare questions for and cover red carpets and premieres to deliver news-worthy interviews and video.
• Appear on camera when needed to deliver commentary, explainers or quick reactions.
• Collaborate with online, video and social teams to ensure content is platform-native and shareable.
• Write trending articles and video scripts with the VRT voice when needed.
