Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in the United States is launching the Full Time Real Whirled Sales Development Program, starting in October 2026. You will rotate through Sell Thru and Sell In roles, learning brands, sales strategy, and field operations while based in Benton Harbor, MI.

The program offers immersive training, relocation during rotations, housing during the initial training period, and a path into Sales/Marketing roles. Bachelor's degree and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a 2.8 GPA or higher.
• US work authorization is required.
• Willing to travel and relocate domestically.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong presentation and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn Whirlpool brands, products, consumers, and go-to-market strategy during immersive training.
• Serve as Territory Sales Representative (TSR) managing 30+ retail stores within a territory.
• Advance to Market Development Representative (MDR) handling 50+ dealers and driving sales performance.
• Collaborate with retail partners and field leadership to achieve quota and growth.
• Possess the ability to relocate for rotations across the country.
