Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation offers a Fast Track Real Whirled Sales Development Program with a two- to three-year immersive training path in our brands, sales strategy, merchandising, and operations. You’ll rotate through TSR and MDR roles, managing extensive retail networks and dealer relationships from Benton Harbor, MI, with relocation and ongoing career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA.
• Must have indefinite US work authorization. Applicants who require visa sponsorship or work authorization now or in the future are not eligible for this program.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate domestically.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more with assistance; some physical activity required.

Responsibilities

• Immersive training in Whirlpool brands, products, consumers, and go-to-market strategies.
• Serve as Territory Sales Representative (TSR) in first rotation, managing 30+ retail stores in a territory.
• Advance to Market Development Representative (MDR) in Benton Harbor, driving relationships with 50+ dealers and sales performance.
• Opportunity to progress into next-step roles in Sales/Marketing and beyond after MDR.
