Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and monitor scheduled and on-demand transportation trips.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and reliable service.
• Monitor open, upcoming, and delayed trips and take appropriate action when issues arise.
• Make routing and dispatch decisions based on location, timing, availability, and service needs.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, call takers, supervisors, and management.
• Identify potential service problems before they become larger issues.
• Assist with changes, delays, cancellations, and other situations that may affect a trip.
• Accurately document trip information and actions taken.
• Use multiple computer systems, communication platforms, and phone lines throughout the shift.
• Work as part of a team while also being able to make sound decisions independently.
