Job summary

The Custom Companies, Inc. is seeking a Tracking & Tracing Coordinator to monitor shipments from pickup through delivery, ensuring on-time performance and proactive issue resolution.

You will work with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to provide timely updates and maintain accurate records. Ideal candidates will have experience in shipment tracking and customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; logistics coursework a plus.
• Experience in shipment tracking, logistics coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments from pickup to delivery with real-time visibility in TMS.
• Provide proactive updates to customers and internal teams.
• Communicate deviations and coordinate corrective actions with carriers and drivers.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Assist with onboarding new receivers, vendors, and locations in the TMS.
