Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education or similar work experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing and phone etiquette.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing tasks.
• Customer-service/problem-solving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track loads proactively.
• Troubleshoot and anticipate shipment issues.
• Notify customers of delays or changes.
• Set up tracking mechanisms for shipment visibility.
• Respond promptly to status inquiries or changes.
• Resolve problems to minimize impact on customer and company.
