Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to lead daily transportation operations in our San Francisco, CA location. You will orchestrate drivers, vehicles, and routes, ensuring safe, on-time student transport and constant communication with families, districts, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; proficiency with Microsoft or G Suite apps.
• Experience in high-pressure, time-sensitive operations (transportation, logistics, field services, etc.).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor daily assignments, schedule drivers and vehicles to ensure full route coverage and on-time completion.
• Communicate driving details to drivers and assist with routing and special service tasks.
• Coordinate vehicle service/repairs with Maintenance Manager to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
